Dear Margaret by Pamela Ackerson is a fairly short and straight-forward account of a pen-pal relationship between friends Harry and Margaret, which takes place during WWII, while Harry is away with the US Navy Reserves and later as he becomes part of the Black Cats air crew. As the war unfolds, Harry and Margaret exchange letters, each relaying the events at their respective locations.

Having joined the reserves before his senior year of high school, Harry is called away in May prior to his graduation, and sent to a base in Hawaii. Meanwhile, Margaret’s letters to Harry tell of her schoolgirl life and mundane events back home. Author Alert!!

Okay, **AUTHORS** we have a new site that's selling our books for twice the price (hell, even my freebie was $5). The info is listed below. Best part? When you fill out the DMCA form, the books are removed lightning fast and the links thereafter give a 404 error. The only time consuming part is finding the links to the books.

I contacted the website, not expecting to get a response, but a man calling himself Jack Brown admitted the site had been breached by a user. He says the site is meant for academic books but because anyone with a site account can publish books to the site, someone has listed a TON of fiction, and most are doubled in price.

Honestly, he seemed shocked to hear about this and has been helpful in getting books unlisted, however, I see a LOT of books up there that I know don't belong. So I'm passing this onto you so you can look for the books you wrote or published, and can pass this on to your writer friends and publishing houses.
